Kidi Calendar Terms of Use

Kidi Calendar is a visual calendar for families, published by Web Canaries LLC. It helps a parent plan a child's days and helps a child see what is happening today, tomorrow, and next.

One child, and planning today and tomorrow, can be used without a subscription. Kidi Calendar Family unlocks the extra features shown in the app, including another child, planning past tomorrow, inviting a grown-up who can edit, and every-other-week routines.

A parent or guardian is responsible for setup, the schedule, photos, sharing, and purchases. The child's view is for looking at the plan. Please add only information and photos you have the right to use, and only invite people who should see that family's calendar.

Kidi Calendar Family is an auto-renewable subscription. A monthly option and a yearly option may be available. The length and price are shown in the app before you buy. Prices can differ by country and can change. This page does not list a price.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in the Subscriptions section of Settings on your iPhone.
• Restore Purchases is available on the Kidi Calendar Family screen for an active subscription on the same Apple Account.

Deleting the schedule inside Kidi Calendar does not cancel the subscription. Apple handles billing questions and refunds.

Use Kidi Calendar for your own family's planning. Do not:

• Use it to harm, harass, or exploit a child or anyone else
• Add photos or names you do not have permission to use
• Interfere with the app, Apple's services, or other families' calendars
• Use it for anything unlawful

Kidi Calendar is provided as available. iCloud, speech recognition, the widget, notifications, and the App Store can be interrupted or unavailable. There is no promise of uninterrupted service. The calendar on the device can still be used when those optional features are off.

Kidi Calendar is a scheduling and organizational tool. It is not medical advice, psychological treatment, therapy, or an emergency service. If someone needs urgent help, contact local emergency services.

The Kidi Calendar Privacy Policy describes what the app stores and how to delete it.

When you use Kidi Calendar on an Apple device, or buy a subscription through the App Store, Apple's terms also apply, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple's terms disagree about a purchase, Apple's terms control that purchase.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page is the effective date. If the terms change, this page will show the new date. Continuing to use Kidi Calendar after that date means the updated terms apply.
